Job Description We seek a Mid-Senior Google Cloud Software Engineer with 2 years of experience. You will play a key role in managing and optimizing data on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with AWS experience as a plus. Proficiency in spoken English is required. Key Responsibilities Data Pipeline & Optimization: Develop and maintain data pipelines on GCP, optimizing data storage and performance using BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and Dataflow, while ensuring data security and compliance. API Development & Maintenance: Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs with Python and Pydantic, ensuring quality through testing with tools like Postman and documentation following Open API standards. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, support junior developers, troubleshoot issues, and gather/analyze data requirements to improve user experience. Required Qualifications Experience: 2 years in software development with hands-on experience in Python, API design, and GCP services, including BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, and Cloud Functions. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Pydantic, Git, Terraform, version control systems, and CI/CD pipelines. Strong understanding of SQL, JSON Schemas, design patterns, and data structures. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication, and teamwork skills. Certification: Google Cloud certification preferred. Desired Qualifications (non-mandatory): Familiarity with AWS, Azure, Docker, containerization, Agile and DevOps practices, FastAPI, Elastic Search, and NoSQL databases.
