What you will be doing:
The Product Marketing Manager will support the Alloga and ICS brands and will report to the Vice President of Global Marketing, IBG. This role will work cross-functionally with our Product Strategy, Commercial, and Marketing teams to support the business strategy and revenue goals for our 3PL businesses. This person is responsible for developing and maintaining product marketing and sales enablement materials and communications in support of the product lifecycle, from launch to retirement. This typically includes presentations, battle cards, solution briefs, and other resources identified to support the sales cycle. This role requires an individual that is comfortable with providing hands-on implementation and a strategic view on how to position the services, balancing planning with day-to-day execution, management, and optimization of product marketing resources.
This is a full-time position based in Europe (hybrid working).
Responsibilities:Develop comprehensive product marketing plans that align with company objectives.Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as product development, sales, and marketing) to launch new products successfully.Create compelling messaging and positioning for products to differentiate them in the market.Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches.Analyze data on product performance and customer feedback to make informed decisions.Manage relationships with external partners such as agencies, vendors, and industry influencers.Create and launch sales enablement material for sales such as customer business reviews, company deck, competitor battle cards, and playbooks.Create and launch product marketing content to support the demand generation funnel such as case studies, solution briefs, and data sheets.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager or similar role in the pharma sector.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.Experience working in a fast-paced environment where adaptability is key.Experience and Educational Requirements:5+ years of experience in Marketing, Solution Development, Commercialization, or related role.3-5 years of relevant work experience in product marketing, product management, or strategy consulting.At least 3 years of product marketing and/or go-to-market experience in technology companies - platform companies preferred.Experience working on product marketing throughout a product's lifecycle.Experience in B2B marketing and working closely with sales, operations, and product teams.Proven leadership skills, ability to manage up and drive consensus among executive stakeholders.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Strong collaboration and organization skills.Minimum Skills, Knowledge, and Ability Requirements:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong creativity and strategic thinking; inquisitive and driven to learn, understand, and communicate; excellent interpersonal and professional skills.Excellent organizational skills.Strong leadership skills.Deadline and results-driven; ability to manage multiple initiatives and deliver on tight deadlines and willingness to put in discretionary effort to get the job done.Proficient use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.What Cencora offers:All team members globally are provided with basic life insurance, personal accident insurance, business travel accident insurance, and EAP resources at no cost.
