What you will be doingThe Marketing Operations manager will support the Alloga and ICS brands and will report to the Vice President of Global Marketing, IBG. This role will work cross-functionally with our Product Strategy, Commercial, and Marketing teams to support the business strategy and revenue goals for our 3 Pl businesses.- Lead Management Oversight: Drive processes related to lead identification, qualification, nurturing, scoring and handoff to sales teams in order to maximize conversion rates.- Landing Pages & Forms Design: Conceptualise and work with design partners to create high-converting landing pages and forms that capture customer information effectively while adhering to best practices.- Data Strategy & Compliance: Supervise data segmentation tasks ensuring accurate targeting while maintaining compliance with local and global data privacy regulations.- Test-and-Learn Strategy Ownership: Spearhead a robust test-and-learn approach in marketing automation by leveraging A/B testing and multivariate testing methods - reporting insights back to senior stakeholders regularly.- Documentation & Process Improvement: Document processes accurately for future reference while continuously looking for ways to optimize these procedures.What your background should look likeRequired Skills & Qualifications:Education: Master's degree in Marketing or Business or related field preferred; Bachelor's degree required.Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience leading impactful B2B marketing campaigns with clear revenue impact.Technical Proficiency: Expertise with using advanced features of marketing automation tools; Pardot proficiency is highly desirable but expertise with Marketo, Hubspot or Eloqua is also acceptable.Prior experience: with Salesforce CRM tool integration into automation strategies is essential.Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of B2B sales funnels translating into effective automated touchpoints.Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail.Balance of Skills: Ability to balance technical acumen with creative insight.Curiosity: An inherent curiosity about how things work coupled with a strong drive towards optimization.Organisation & Communication Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, time management skills alongside exceptional written/verbal communication.What Cencora offersAll team members globally are provided with basic life insurance, personal accident insurance, business travel accident insurance, and EAP resources at no cost.
