Independent management of inquiries, claims, and complaints from Shoop & iGraal members via a Ticket System and social mediaCreation of solutions in cooperation with IT and CRMComplaints and reclamation managementManagement of Member Accounts and PaymentsTermination processing including termination defense / customer recoveryMonitoring of support activities in terms of processing time and qualityIdentification, analysis, and defense of fraud cases in the context of fraud managementWe are a match if you have:
A first professional experience (including internships) would be an assetA native level of German, and very good English levelA strong customer focus orientationGood knowledge of the internet and e-commerce sector, with a clear enthusiasm for affiliate marketing, couponing, and online shoppingGood partner relationship management skillsExcellent communication skills and the ability to solve unforeseen problems logically and strategicallyAre you up for it?
