What this job involves Consultancy for construction & advisory projects, monitoring and proposals for projects from a technical, planning, economic, quality, and safety point of view.Technical due diligence.Technical reports on installations and projects in general.Cost plan elaboration, review, and control.Organisation of regular site monitoring meetings.Management and moderation of meetings.Preparation of minutes of meetings and regular project reports.Desired skills and experience for this job Education in Industrial Engineering and Installations or similar.3 years' experience in a similar position.5 years' experience in the construction sector.Essential knowledge of CTE and standards/regulations related to installations (Low voltage, ventilation, gas, ...).Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team.Communication skills and management of multidisciplinary work teams.Analytical skills are required to detect errors or possible problems, as well as the ability to search for and propose solutions.Experience in dealing directly with clients.Good level of spoken and written English is essential.Good level of use of Excel, Power Point, Autocad, Project, TCQ/Presto is required.Target oriented.Experience in companies with hierarchical structures and internal procedures.Organised in analysis, structured in reporting and transmission of information.
