Be responsible for our B2C campaigns across Europe, inspiring and engaging our consumer audiences through best in class (digital-first) execution, delivering seamless and relevant media experiences across all touchpoints and channels.
This position can be based in The Netherlands or Europe Market.
Your role: B2C campaign strategy, planning, execution and optimization process (across paid, owned and earned channels) for all markets within Europe Personal Health organization, in close alignment with local media & PR managers, EU campaign manager and EU & Global counterparts cross-functionally.Acting as the main point of contact for the media managers across the markets, EU media agency and in-house EU media hub on campaign planning and performance management.Acting as the main point of contact for key EU media partners (FB & Google).Driving the digital test & learn agenda, initiating critical initiatives and test plans that have potential for high-scale impact against key business metrics, to drive growth and engagement.Driving the Media innovation roadmap with media agencies, suppliers and key media partners.Supporting the Digital Marketing Manager EU in the annual marketing planning process, considering all (digital) touchpoints along the CDJ to drive a seamless consumer experience.Continually analyzing (in collaboration with Analytics team) and reviewing existing strategies, media plans and tactics, to continuously improve (digital) performance and drive media effectiveness.Overseeing & coordinating PR & influencer marketing activation as part of campaign programs.Nurturing a digital-first mindset across community of EU7 media managers, encouraging knowledge and best practice sharing.Driving standardized WoW to drive efficiencies cross function and enable fast go-to-market and optimization of campaign programs. You're the right fit if: University degree (Bachelor/Master's Degree) in Marketing/Media.7 years of experience in Marketing and/or Media with a focus on Digital/Digital innovation.Strong ability to influence internal and external senior stakeholders, including agencies, suppliers and media partners.Skilled in media planning and buying.Deep understanding of the media marketplace dynamics.Understanding of latest Tech and digital trends and ability to translate into actionable ideas.Lean trained.Acts as a role-model for our Philips behaviors: Customer first, Quality & Integrity always, Team up to Win, Take Ownership to deliver fast, Eager to improve and inspire.Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally within a global organization.Comfortable in a fast-paced, constantly evolving and multifaceted environment.Pro-active hands-on attitude with high attention to detail.Business fluent in English. We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
