Job DescriptionScientific Products, an ATS Life Sciences Company is searching for an Mechanical Engineer to join the team!Main objectives:Generation and control of the mechanical part of the projectMechanical designProper coordination with other departmentsEnsuring the achievement of project objectivesPlanning monitoringCorrect manufacturing of partsArrival of parts on assembly dateAssembly monitoringResolution of incidentsMonitoring established rules and protocolsMain Tasks:Responsible for generating and tracking project documentationPlanningTechnical specificationsCritical dates checklistProject checkFDS (Functional Design Specification)URS (User Requirement Specification) technical purchasesMechanical designInterdepartmental project coordinationProcurementProject ManagementElectrical/ProgrammingProductionCoordination of tasks for mechanical support engineersSupport in generating work protocolsMachine technical studiesComparative studies of different machine optionsCreation of machine layouts and implementationRequirements and Education:3D program design (Solid Edge ST10)Decision-making skillsTeamwork abilityOffice software knowledge (MS Project)AutoCAD knowledgeEnglish language proficiency at level B2Strong team management skillsStudies in Mechanical Engineering or a similar fieldAt least 5 years of machinery packaging design, preferably in the pharmaceutical industryHealth & Safety Responsibilities:Work in compliance with divisional health, safety and environmental proceduresRefrain from removing or altering safety devices or guarding unless hazardous energies are controlled through lockout-tagout methodsReport any unsafe conditions or unsafe actsReport defects in any equipment or protective deviceEnsure that the required protective equipment is used for the assigned tasksAttend all required health, safety and environmental trainingReport any accidents/incidents to supervisorAssist in investigating accidents/incidentsRefrain from engaging in any prank, contest, feat of strength, unnecessary running or rough and boisterous conduct
