Conduct training sessions for members of the mechanical team, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
Regularly communicate with the manager, providing updates on project planning, unresolved issues, and performance metrics.
Collaborate closely with other departments to identify and address any mechanical challenges, facilitating timely solutions and minimizing disruptions.
Conduct on-site visits to support clients, offering technical expertise and assistance as needed.
Your profile Possess a technical degree or equivalent technical training, demonstrating a solid foundation in mechanical engineering principles.
Proven track record of professional experience in tracker and fixed structure systems, showcasing competence in managing mechanical components within such frameworks.
At least 3 years of experience working in a mechanical position within the solar industry.
Business fluent in English; further languages are advantageous.
