Your role
Operations
Review and confirm new merchants, contracts, payments and related documents; Data entry and review of some client profiles and payment information; Monitor unusual elements, documents or behaviors in the context of fraud and money-laundering prevention.

Support
Assist clients by phone and in writing regarding their profile and ongoing transactions; Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to the development of our platforms and processes.
Your profile

- Self-driven: Able to remain focused while performing sometimes repetitive tasks
- Ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Written and oral: perfect command of German and English, written and spoken.
Good spelling and grammar, good diction and ability to keep a sustained language on the phone, even when a disagreement or tension arises with a client.
Previous experience in a financial institution (bank, payment company) and French command are strong plus.
Other requirements and information
- Permanent contract at 40h/week
- Starting date as soon as possible
- Salary around €24,500, depending on experience
- Offices in the heart of Barcelona, 5 minutes from Casa Batlló
- Work from Monday to Friday (office hours), with occasional Saturdays possible.
