Job Description: An opportunity for a Materiel Support Manager has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space.

RESPONSIBILITIES Act as single point of contact for customers for Material Support orders and deliveries. Obtaining pricing information, preparation and provision of quotations and/or price lists to customers. End to End order management for Spares & Repairs, & In Service Support. Follow-up and risk mitigation in the spares and repair provisioning process until delivery to Customer. Management of Customer queries including returned materials and warranty claims. SKILLS Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Engineering. Evolving in multi-cultural context. Good communication and negotiation skills. Leadership and teamwork skills. High level of English.
