We are seeking a talented and experienced a Growth and Marketing Manager who will take a lead role in shaping and executing comprehensive growth strategies.
This includes managing external and internal communications to engage cross-functional teams around shared growth objectives.
You'll work closely with leadership to ensure that internal teams and are engaged, informed, and aligned with the agency's marketing vision and strategic goals Key Responsibilities Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies that combine external communications (organic social media, thought leadership, speaking engagements) with internal communications (case studies, newsletters, employee engagement).
Identify new opportunities for growth, including speaking engagements, partnerships, awards.
External Communications: Alongside our Strategy team, lead the agency's social media strategy, creating and executing organic campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok to build our brand, recruit and employee engagement Secure speaking opportunities at industry events, webinars, podcasts, and conferences to position the agency as a thought leader in the digital advertising space.
Oversee the creation and distribution of public-facing content, including blogs, articles, whitepapers, and press releases, to boost the agency's visibility and credibility.
Engage directly with online communities, responding to comments and fostering discussions that enhance brand engagement.
Internal Communications: Ensure alignment across teams by developing and maintaining internal communication strategies Provide clear, consistent updates on marketing initiatives, performance, and goals to internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency and cohesive teamwork Lead the end-to-end process for pitches and new business presentations, coordinating seamlessly across creative, design, and account management teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and maximize impact.
Develop integrated strategies for lead generation, utilizing organic social media, content marketing, and speaking opportunities to increase brand visibility and attract new clients.
Build the customer database to optimize the lead-to-client conversion process, ensuring that leads are efficiently nurtured and converted.
Campaign Planning & Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social and PR ensuring they are aligned with both external brand objectives and internal communication strategies.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build messaging with client needs and brand standards.
Data-Driven Insights: Use data and analytics to measure the success of external campaigns and internal initiatives, providing actionable insights for optimization and growth.
Report on key performance metrics across both external communications (e.g., social media engagement, speaking events) and internal communications (e.g., team alignment, campaign execution).
Brand Development & Positioning: Lead efforts to enhance the agency's brand identity and market positioning through consistent external communications, including content creation, media outreach, and public speaking.
Help to refine the agency's internal messaging and brand voice, ensuring consistency and alignment across both client-facing and internal communications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, design and account management, to ensure all marketing campaigns and messaging are aligned with business objectives and drive desired results.
Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently between external initiatives (social media, speaking engagements) and internal communication efforts (team alignment, internal tools).
Provide regular budget performance reports, ensuring that resources are being utilized effectively to meet growth and marketing goals.
Requirements Experience: 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or a related field in a fast-paced, agency environment.
Proven track record of success in managing both external communications (social media, content marketing, public relations) and internal communications (team collaboration, messaging, and alignment).
Experience securing speaking opportunities at industry conferences, webinars, or podcasts is highly desirable.
Skills & Expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing).
Expertise in organic social media strategy and community management across LinkedIn, Instagram, Tiktok and other platforms.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage both internal and external communications effectively.
Experience using marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc.)
and CRM systems to track and optimize campaigns.
Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration between marketing, creative, sales, and client services.
Creative and Strategic Thinker: Creative thinker with a strategic mindset who can balance long-term growth initiatives with short-term execution.
Ability to adapt to changes and challenges, ensuring that both internal and external communication strategies remain aligned with evolving business objectives.
Education: A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Languages Spanish (mandatory) Proficiency in English Any other languages are a plus.
