Role Description and Responsibilities · Industry-Focused Product Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute targeted B2B marketing strategies addressing the specific pain points of wind power main stakeholders when developing projects.
· Lead Generation: Design, implement and track lead generation campaigns through email marketing, B2B social media, webinars, and events tailored to the renewable energy sector.
· Brand Development: Strengthen Youwind's market position with its fast evolution by consistently delivering a clear and compelling brand message.
· Content Creation: Create compelling marketing materials such as case studies, white papers, blog posts, and presentations showcasing the value and efficiency of our platform.
· Stakeholder Collaboration: Manage and coordinate external collaborations with subcontracted agencies, freelancers, and other partners to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
· Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives using KPIs and analytics, adjusting strategies as needed.
· Marketing budget Responsible · Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends, challenges, and competitor activities, ensuring our marketing strategies remain relevant and competitive.
Key Requirements and Qualifications · Bachelor's degree in Business, Renewable Energy, or related fields with a specialization in B2B Marketing.
A technical background candidate with company strategy ambition would be ideal.
· 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, product focused, ideally within the renewable Energy (wind or solar), SaaS, or technology products sectors.
We won't value any B2C experience nor communication agency experience.
· Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing metrics and deriving insights to improve campaigns as well as capability to lead internal and external marketing budgeting.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Minimum level C1, do not apply if it is lower please.
· Experience managing external vendors, agencies, or contractors to ensure good performance of their work.
· Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (ex.
CRM such as Hubspot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
· Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
This is a position for candidates that are resident already in Barcelona or surroundings, with a valid working visa and possibility to commute to the office regularly.
