Lubrizol Life Science (LLS) Beauty Europe-Africa region is strengthening its regional marketing team with this marketing specialist position that supports strategically & operationally the Regional Marketing Manager and key stakeholders in a matrix organization.
What You'll Do: You will conduct market studies and give strategic recommendations, planning and executing marketing activities, while developing new sales tools to enable business growth in the region.
Your responsibilities include:
Marketing intelligence, analysis, and strategic inputConduct specific market analysis and provide strategic recommendations to the Regional Marketing Manager aligned with business priorities and support business growth.Monitor and collect market trends, consumer insights, as well as competitive data and address Lubrizol solutions to market needs for supporting the Regional Sales team, give input to feed the project pipeline.Implementation of the marketing strategyDevelop and execute marketing plans aligned with business priorities and support business growth.Lead, organize and/or support regional events, including tradeshows, seminars, customer events, online events, and follow metrics.Participate in the creation of digital marketing campaigns, implement them, follow metrics and ensure that outputs are maximized.Manage vendors and a part of the marketing budget to ensure good alignment with marketing strategy and maximized outputs.Development of sales toolsCreate new concepts and develop collections together with the regional technical team to promote our capabilities, the latest product launches while highlighting our sustainability efforts.Design various sales tools for product promotion, adapt some global ones to our region and create inspiring experiences to engage customers.What We're Looking For: Master's degree in sciences (cosmetic sciences, chemistry, biochemistry) with a major in marketing or combined with a master's degree in marketing.Minimum 3 years of experience in the Beauty & Personal Care industry (ingredient suppliers or cosmetic brands), preferably in a marketing role.
