EmailVice Managing Director at TRESP - Tele Radio Iberian Market & Maroc Tele Radio, as part of the Allgon group, develops, manufactures, and markets high-quality radio control systems for industrial use. The head office is located in Gothenburg (Sweden) and has the largest number of its own subsidiaries in the world within this niche. The subsidiary for Spain and Portugal operates from two offices: one in Barcelona (operations) and another in Málaga (sales & marketing, R&D).A stable full-time position is offered for the South Delegation (Málaga). Within a dynamic marketing team of currently 3 people, your role will focus on:Optimizing SEO and SEM positioning for international markets (USA, Canada, and LATAM).Executing and monitoring advertising campaigns (industry magazines, interviews, ads).Creating content and managing social media (mainly LinkedIn).Website management via WordPress.Graphic design and layout of advertisements, banners, catalogs, and internal documents.Coordinating events: industrial fairs and internal meetings of the Tele Radio group, including booth design.Frequent contact with international colleagues: USA (Miami), Brazil (São Paulo), Sweden (HQ), and Marketing Hub (Netherlands).RequirementsMust-have : Excellent English and Spanish (native level).Experience with SEO and SEM tools. Proficiency in Google AdWords, WordPress, Google MyBusiness, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn.Extensive experience in digital design, especially with Adobe tools: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop. A portfolio or references from other digital marketing and design projects are appreciated.ValuableExperience with lead generation tools.Experience with CRMs. Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus.Knowledge of WordPress.Location[Mon, Tue & Thu] on-site.[Wed & Fri] home office.Flexible Schedule, according to the region of the market (mainly the US market):Mon-Thu: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PMFri: 10:00 AM - 5:45 PM45-minute lunch break (with +/- 1-hour flexible start/end time).Full-time permanent role, following a trial period.
