Guest And Operations Coordinator - (Málaga)

The candidate will be required to handle customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service both by telephone and in person. Coordinate with our service providers in Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure our properties are maintained to the highest standards. Administration and creation of bookings with accuracy and professionalism. Applicants must speak English and Spanish to a professional level. Car or moto required as you will be required to do spot checks in the properties to maintain quality standards. Contract is full time. Timetable 40 hours, Mon to Sunday. (10:00hrs - 18:00hrs) Requisitos : English and Spanish required, other languages a plus. Experience in Customer Service Ability to multi-task and co-ordinate external services calmly
