We are looking for a MARKETING SPECIALIST who will be joining our team in Bilbao .Requirements:Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.Experience in industrial products (B2B) for the energy or chemicals industries.Proven experience using HubSpot for creating and managing marketing campaigns and marketing qualified lead and sales qualified lead.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to analyse campaign data and present clear and understandable reports.WordPress websites management and optimization.Experience in managing external agencies and coordinating complex projects.Skills in events organization and logistics management.Ability to work independently and in a team, with a strong attention to detail and quality of work.Fluency in English and native proficiency in Spanish.Creativeness and capabilities to keep a high level of coordination with internal and external people.MAIN TASKSCreating and Managing Campaigns in HubSpot:Design, implement, and monitor inbound and outbound marketing campaigns using HubSpot.Create and manage ID campaigns, audience segmentation, and automated workflows.Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize to improve results, creation of reportManagement of marketing qualified leads and sales qualified lead in HubSpot.Marketing Materials:Develop marketing content, including emails, brochure, landing pages, blog posts, and promotional materials.Collaborate with the creative agencies to ensure marketing materials align with brand guidelines are of high quality.Coordinate with external agencies for content production, social media management, and other marketing activities.Ensure all deliverables meet expectations and deadlines.Event Organization:Plan and coordinate company events, webinars, trade shows, and other promotional events.Manage all logistical aspects, from venue bookings to attendee management and event promotion (brochure, stand, gadget)Monitor and evaluate event success, gathering feedback and proposing improvements.What we offer:Unique R&D project focused on fighting against climate change.Be part of a talented and welcoming team.Flexibility & Autonomy.Competitive salary package.Location: Bilbao#J-18808-Ljbffr
