Position OverviewEn la función de Marketing & Sales Indirect Business Development Specialist - J&J MedTech Endo & Energy debe tener un perfil con una visión nacional, estratégica y de creación/adaptación de los planes de Marketing & Ventas anuales para el canal indirecto en los productos bajo su responsabilidad.
Sera responsable de principio a fin de proyectos específicos que impacten a todo el canal indirecto de J&J Medtech Surgery España.
Key Responsibilities:Producto: formarse en producto y procesos para lograr un conocimiento profundo de las áreas más críticas para el canal y por lo tanto de los productos más importantes.La gestión de líneas de negocio y su integración en el canal indirecto.Marketing: colaborar con los departamentos de marketing de cada división para crear eventos, cursos, formaciones, lanzamientos y congresos.Desarrollar un canal de comunicación específico con los TPIs y su red de ventas, compartiendo información de productos, actualizaciones del canal indirecto, lanzamientos y formaciones específicas.Coordinar el proyecto academia TPIs para generar un estándar de conocimiento y buenas prácticas de venta en el canal indirecto.QualificationsA bachelor's degree in healthcare or biomedical.Fluent English and Spanish.Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as solid organizational and time management abilities.Outstanding interpersonal and customer relationship-building skills.Analytical thinking, results-oriented, teamwork and collaboration, integrity.Strong problem-solving organizational and project management skills.Johnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
