Novicap is an end-to-end working capital solutions provider focused on enabling CFOs/Finance teams of SMEs to pay their suppliers and collect from their customers. This includes short-term credit (factoring, supply chain finance and loans) and payment automation solutions.
With offices in Barcelona and Madrid, we are currently looking for a Marketing & Sales Assistant who wants to join our team. You will support Novicap's needs by creating content, contributing to Sales & Commercial projects, and designing materials for Marketing initiatives.

What will you do? As mentioned, you will work on content creation to support all of Novicap's needs across multiple channels and initiatives, contribute to specific Sales & Commercial projects to help the team drive revenue generation, and design and create the set pieces needed for Marketing initiatives.
In order to achieve your mission, you will:
(i) Sales & Commercial Support: Assist in developing and executing a strategic Linkedin Platform project to provide assistance to the Commercial team and drive Revenue Generation for Novicap
Optimize and improve performance of our current Inbound Lead Generation process to drive Revenue Generation for Novicap
Create a detailed and insightful Competitor Landscape and Benchmark for the Commercial and Sales teams
(ii) Content Marketing & Social Media: Content creation optimized for SEO and Inbound Lead generation (traffic generation)
Social Media content creation to boost engagement and traffic to our site
(iii) Other Marketing related tasks: Support to other departments in their Marketing needs
Create and update assets and Marketing collateral for Commercial, Customer Success and Operations
Create and manage several Email Marketing efforts, from weekly newsletters to ad-hoc Customer communications
In doing so, you will contribute to the achievement of Novicap's long-term growth plans

Who will you be working with? You will report directly to the Head of Marketing and work closely with the rest of the teams across Madrid, Barcelona and the rest of Spain. We are a young and dynamic team that's waiting for you with arms open!
You are the right fit if you: You have at least 1-2 years of experience in a Marketing Specialist or Marketing Assistant role.
You have a degree in Marketing, Communication, or a similar field.
You have excellent Spanish writing skills for SEO and website-oriented copy, and you are a native Spanish speaker.
You have good English writing and comprehension skills.
You have some experience with LinkedIn as a platform to create meaningful connections and content.
Bonus points if you:
Have experience with design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch, Figma, or similar) and with video editing software such as Final Cut or Adobe Premiere.
Have experience designing presentations and decks using PowerPoint or Google Slides.
Have experience using WordPress CMS for blogging and content management.
Have experience using email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Sendinblue, or similar.
Have experience in social media content creation.
