The Marketing Operations Manager role at PVcase is a crucial role for the entire marketing team. This role focuses on finding and optimizing our tech stack, tracking performance, and ensuring the team's operational success translates into business results. ResponsibilitiesWork cross-functionally with sales management and the sales development team to help drive success in lead management and to track and improve funnel efficiency including education and training as required.Work closely with marketing automation specialist to develop and manage workflows, system processes, and permission levels in Hubspot.Assist with execution of key processes in Hubspot and salesforce automation, including lead scoring, lead assignment, nurturing and more..Own the end to end process of tracking and analyzing the marketing funnel from lead to customer and delivery regular insights to the business.Create and maintain executive summaries and dashboards on active marketing performance tied to business impact metrics including website/social media dashboards and ad hoc reporting.Help create processes that drive speed and efficiency in systems to measure marketing ROI and sales effectiveness.Manage marketing attribution model and reporting.Work closely with marketing automation specialist to develop and oversee quality assurance on data governance process across marketing datasets and vendors so data is as complete as possible for segmentation and targeting of campaigns.Identify data inconsistencies across sales and marketing tech stack and implement sound solutions to improve and maintain the marketing database.Use data augmentation tools to improve the quality of the database as required.Constantly evaluate and make recommendations regarding the marketing technology stack to help drive demand generation goals across all the marketing functions.Manage and report on marketing budget.You have 5+ years of experience in marketing operations role.You feel a strong ownership over the team metrics and processes.You measure everything.You possess a curious mind and love learning.You are a proactive self-starter, hard working, precise, and persistent - you get the job done, but never feel like it's completely done.Experience working with excel, G-Suite, Hubspot, Salesforce, Slite and lot of other marketing and sales technology.Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred (Marketing, Communications, Market Intelligence, Digital Marketing).Fluency or bilingual level of English. Proficiency in additional languages such as French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, or Italian is a plus.You truly enjoy technology, figuring out how it works and how the business can get more out of it.Analytical thinker and problem solver, figuring out what the performance numbers are telling us and suggesting a better way forward.Collaborative team player, working across the marketing team,and key departments such as Sales, RevOps and Operations, at all levels,Creative Thinking, Generating innovative ideas.Strong public speaking skills, comfortable presenting to large, senior-level groups, with solid writing skills.Understanding ICPs and Buyer Personas: Deep customer insights, proven record in customer segmentation, analysis.
