This position offers the opportunity to partner with a supportive, fun-loving, and talented team of professionals with expertise in various GTM platforms.Main functionsProactively identify gaps and opportunities in campaign plans for optimizationConsult with teams on campaign build best practices and segmentationHandle high volume requests each week while delivering high-quality workBe a resource internally to help troubleshoot obstaclesPartner with broader GTM Ops team on Marketo & Outreach maintenance and developmentQA work done by team membersEnable marketing team members on the process for requesting program builds within our platforms and the best platform to leverage based on their needQualificationsThe ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detailAbility to work in various RevTech platformsA collaborative and proactive workstyle, willing to ask questions and consider alternative viewpointsA growth mindsetAn ability to create and follow process specifications, including detailed QA1+ years of experience working with Marketo or other Marketing Automation PlatformsExperience working with CRM system (Salesforce preferred)Excellent verbal and written communicationFluency in English (both spoken and written)Additional InformationWe are 800+ employees strong in 21 countries across 8 different time zones speaking 60+ languages.
