The RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Marketing Operations Associate to support our growing business by managing campaigns and automating marketing processes. In this key role, you will execute and optimize campaigns across customer touchpoints, implement scalable marketing workflows, and ensure the smooth operation of our marketing tools and platforms to drive efficiency and impact.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop CRM StrategiesMap and refine customer journeys to ensure a seamless experience across all stages, from onboarding to reactivationCreate and implement customer engagement, retention, and loyalty strategies to align with our business objectivesOptimize lifecycle campaigns to enhance customer satisfaction and loyaltyLead the creation of re-engagement and win-back strategies to reduce churnPlan and Execute CampaignsWork closely with local teams across our markets to align CRM activities with business targetsDesign and launch campaigns across our marketing channelsContinuously optimize campaigns based on performance metrics and customer insightsAutomate Marketing ProcessesImplement and manage marketing automation workflows using tools like Zapier, Make, and others to streamline campaigns, lead nurturing, and customer engagement processesIntegrate various marketing and CRM platforms to enable seamless data flow, improve team efficiency, and support scalability as the business growsMinimum Requirements2 years + of experience in marketing operations, CRM marketing or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
