Job Description Nexthink is looking for aMarketing Operations Associate to build out and support the customer journey. As a member of the Go-to-Market Operations Team, you will work closely with the Marketing teams to build and monitor programs in various GTM tools to include Marketo & Outreach, evaluate success and identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance in our marketing efforts. This position offers the opportunity to partner with a supportive, fun-loving, and talented team of professionals with expertise in various GTM platforms. Main functions: Partner with teams to build and optimize nurture programs, emails, social media, landing pages, and sequences Build reporting and analytics to provide insight into program health, email deliverability, and A/B testing Proactively identify gaps and opportunities in campaign plans for optimization Consult with teams on campaign build best practices and segmentation Handle high volume requests each week while delivering high-quality work Be a resource internally to help troubleshoot obstacles Partner with broader GTM Ops team on Marketo & Outreach maintenance and development QA work done by team members Enable marketing team members on the process for requesting program builds within our platforms and the best platform to leverage based on their need #LI-Hybrid Qualifications The ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail Ability to work in various RevTech platforms A collaborative and proactive workstyle, willing to ask questions and consider alternative viewpoints A growth mindset An ability to create and follow process specifications, including detailed QA 1+ years of experience working with Marketo or other Marketing Automation Platforms Experience working with CRM system (Salesforce preferred) Excellent verbal and written communication Fluency in English (both spoken and written) Additional Information We are 1000+ employees strong in 21 countries across 8 different time zones speaking 60+ languages.
