Your mission:
We are seeking a Marketing Operations Analyst to join our Sales Operations team in Barcelona. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in streamlining marketing operations, enhancing data-driven decision-making, and maximizing marketing ROI. Your insights and strategic analysis will support our Sales and Marketing teams, helping to drive efficiency and optimize marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Leads Tracking and Management: Accurately track leads generated from various marketing efforts, including events, conferences, webinars, Smadex's website, and downloadable content.
Opportunity Tracking & Pipeline Management: Monitor the progression of leads through the sales funnel and provide insights into conversion rates.
Revenue Attribution: Analyze marketing efforts to determine their contribution to revenue generation and calculate ROI for each action.
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve marketing workflows and streamline operations, leading to increased efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Budget Allocation & Management: Assist in developing and managing the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to support strategic objectives based on marketing action analysis and ROI insights.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and provide them with the necessary tools and information to close deals.
Data Integrity: Conduct regular audits and validation processes to identify and rectify data discrepancies and ensure marketing data's accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all platforms.
Skills and requirements:
Experience manipulating large datasets with Microsoft Excel (can perform complex functions).
Experience working with Salesforce data, Dashboards and reports, would be a big plus.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are a must.
Desire to contribute and improve the design of new and existing processes.
Self-motivated with a high desire for action and accountability.
Ability to work independently and as a member of a cross-functional team.
Willingness to learn, be mentored, and improve.

Student/Graduate of Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Administration or Data Science.
