Marketing Manager, Small and Medium Size Businesses (SMB), AWS Marketing, EMEA SouthAmazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a talented, self-directed SMB Marketing Manager to develop, lead, and execute EMEA South Marketing for the SMB segment. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing regional marketing programs for the SMB business segment, accelerating awareness and adoption of AWS's cloud computing platform, services and solutions through a proactive, data-driven approach. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an exciting, fast-growing business.The SMB Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and measuring highly impactful local campaigns and collaborating and supporting EMEA marketing programs. This includes establishing a good understanding of the customer decision journey, creating nurture programs, and closely partnering with key stakeholders to build and accelerate the Marketing-generated pipeline in the segment. You will also be acting as a key liaison to the EMEA marketing functions.The role requires you to work collaboratively with the local sales organization, business development, and the EMEA and Global marketing teams, to build brand awareness in the SMB community and utilize a variety of channels including email, social, web, and digital advertising, next to providing support for Trade shows and/or Corporate Events.Key job responsibilitiesOversee and execute all aspects of the South (Spain, Italy and Portugal) SMB Marketing Plan (e.g. corp events and trade shows, digital campaigns, social media, virtual events, email, AWS owned and operated channels, among others), including managing external vendors and agencies, allocating budget, developing programs and extending EMEA and Global initiatives.Create reports and business review documents, including business health, KPI status and ongoing analysis of results aimed to optimize programs and share insights and learnings across the entire customer journey.Partner closely with the EMEA and SMB Partner Marketing team to drive global and regional campaigns in Southern Europe.Foster the culture of marketing innovation, built on data to measure and understand customer success.Be an excellent verbal and written communicator with strong analytic and quantitative skills.A day in the lifeCloud Computing is changing the world, but its real impact is how it accelerates growth and innovation for Small and Medium Size Businesses (SMBs).
