La Redoute, a brand with a rich heritage that has transformed from a wool mill to a celebrated French family brand, has been creating unique connections with its customers for over 180 years. Transitioning from its iconic catalogues to a digital presence, we specialise in crafting stylish design furniture and home décoration, alongside a curated pret-à-porter fashion collection.
As part of the Galeries Lafayette group, based in the vibrant city of Barcelona, Spain, La Redoute is on the lookout for an ambitious Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team for a period 6 months ("Contrato en Prácticas").
Your Role
Embark on a journey where you'll develop skills in traffic, customer acquisition, and brand building through key responsibilities:
Traffic & Customer Acquisition
- Enhance Paid Social strategies across Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, and Tik Tok.
- Implement and optimize customer acquisition campaigns (e.g., PPC, SEO, email marketing).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure KPIs are met.
Brand Building
- Support the development and execution of brand awareness campaigns.
- Assist in creating content aligned with our brand voice and objectives.
- Engage with customers and prospects on social media to build and nurture relationships.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Adobe, Power BI, social media insights) to gather data on campaign performance and customer behavior.
- Prepare regular reports on key metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Assist in A/B testing and other optimization experiments to improve campaign effectiveness.
What's expected from you:
- Recent graduate in Business Administration, Marketing or Advertising (you can't exceed 5 years since you graduate, according to the requirements for a "Contrato en Prácticas")
- Passion for social channels such as Instagram and Tik Tok, and a feeling for what creatives are trending and inspire future customers.
- Interest in new technologies, e-commerce and innovation.
- Highly proficient in Excel for analysis and reporting
- Good communication skills
- Creativity and ability to come up with new ideas
- Proactive, reactive and curious
- Self-directed and autonomous
- Positive attitude: you love what you do and you communicate it!
- Spanish fluency and high level of English. French skills will be a plus
