As part of the marketing team, you will be working on some of the most prestigious IPs that have shaped the Entertainment industry and popular cultures like DRAGON BALL, internal IPs like PAC-MAN or Tamagotchi as well as future IPs developed by our Game team in Barcelona.

We are looking for a Marketing Data Product Engineer to join our senior marketing team. In this role, you will play a key role in answering complex business problems by developing user-friendly tools to help us boost growth, productivity, and compliance for some of Bandai Namco's most prestigious IPs.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and deploying data products that enhance the productivity of the marketing team. This includes developing user-friendly interfaces that make our marketing data science models easily accessible and creating tailored data visualization products to support the use cases of our BI tools.
You will work closely with the data team to provide insights for UA, creative, community, and branding. As well as creating self-service analytics tools that empower the marketing team to make independent, data-driven decisions.
Adaptability and innovation are key, as you will apply your expertise to develop solutions for a diverse set of use cases. By embracing an iterative mindset, you will continuously refine data products, incorporating user feedback to drive improvements.
Requirements M.Sc. or Ph.D. in computer science, statistics, mathematics, physics, or engineering
5+ years of experience in mobile games creating data products
Ability to create UIs for use cases where machine learning models are needed
Experience integrating large language models
Experience integrating APIs to create new data sources
A talent for helping non-technical people to define the use cases and questions relevant to the business, then answering them with sound data analytics.
Bonus Experience in creating and maintaining data engineering pipelines and MLOps on AWS
Ability to create data transformations by writing SQL queries and being able to create them in dbt
Experience working with user acquisition and marketing teams
Knowledge and interest in gaming, tech, and media industry trends
General knowledge of Japanese anime and Bandai Namco IPs would be appreciated
