IntroductionAs a talented CRO Marketing Consultant at IBM Spain, you will help our clients to maximise their conversions by analyzing user behavior and using various techniques to improve the customer experience. Data-driven decision making together with our colleagues in order to achieve a healthy and successful strategy for IBM clients.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesDeveloping a testing strategy - a CRO consultant will set the agenda for your CRO program and manage a testing roadmap to help deliver long term results.Identifying problems with the customer experience of your website through quantitative and qualitative research.
