Your Role

As part of our Marketing Team, you will directly assist our Marketing Manager in her daily tasks. You will be responsible for developing our digital brand image by actively building, growing, and managing our online community
Come up with engaging content that catches the attention of young hospitalians in order to spark their curiosity in our various programs. You will closely monitor our social media outlets and use different tools and skills to moderate the communication with our community.
You will be the first point of contact for all queries that our community addresses, and you will offer them the right information in a timely manner. Analyze our current procedures, come up with and implement new ideas and help us become better on a daily basis!x
Requirements:
- Be a student/graduate in Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, Business Management, or related fields
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent English skills and exceptional written communication skills
- Experience in content creation, copywriting, and digital/social media marketing
- Ability to effectively multi-task, ability to prioritize and adapt to changing circumstances
- Exceptional attention to detail and creativity Legal documentation to work and reside in Spain is absolutely required (assistance provided)
Responsibilities:
- Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
- Create engaging text, image, and video content to successfully promote our brand
- Ensure that customer queries are correctly addressed and treated professionally
- Monitor and analyze online reviews and customer feedback
- Organize online events and campaigns to boost brand awareness
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure our brand is consistently portrayed in the desired way
- Build relationships with customers, potential customers, and industry professionals
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology and marketing trends
- Investigate the newest innovations in hospitality and share exciting news with our community
