Kenes Education seeks a Marketing & Communications Manager to drive efficiency, performance, and content innovation in our marketing programs and online learning portals. This role involves both B2B and B2C digital marketing activities.
You will be working as part of the Kenes Education Team, with Online Learning Specialists, Partnerships Managers and a CME/ CPD Accreditation and Compliance Specialist. You will lead the creation and implementation of our engagement strategies to ensure our education reaches our target audience.
You will also work in close collaboration with Kenes Marketing Department, congress teams and external clients, to ensure cohesive marketing across in-person and digital activities. Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy and Leadership:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans.
Lead the marketing team: hiring, training, mentoring, and supervising team members.
Oversee all marketing and communications efforts, focusing on attracting and engaging users on our platform.
Ensure cohesive brand management across all channels, both internal and external.

Campaign and Engagement Management:

Plan, coordinate, and support the execution of engagement strategies for various projects and courses.
Manage the Digital team's presence at conferences and events.
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with the education calendar.
Plan and implement campaigns across paid search, display, email, social media, web, and other channels.
Regularly test and analyze marketing activities to enhance their impact.

Collaboration and Communication:

Foster strong collaboration with different Kenes teams, clients, and supporters.
Coordinate communications with stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, medical associations, and pharmaceutical companies.
Provide recommendations for the design and improvement of our online learning platforms.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

Assess usage reports of online learning platforms, inform stakeholders, and take appropriate actions as needed.
Conduct ongoing reviews of marketing materials and strategies to improve content, services, and support for clients.
Generate data-driven insights using tools such as Google Analytics to inform marketing strategies.

Education and Experience:

Digital marketing experience, setting up and executing marketing communications strategies.
Bachelor's degree and/or academic background.
Fluent English (spoken and written) and clear communication skills.
Experience working with and managing remote teams.
Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) and Adobe PDF.
Project management skills and ability to work in a structured way, being flexible and responsible to deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues from different departments and with healthcare professional clients.
Flexible and responsive to tight timelines.
Hands-on execution experience for at least two digital channels outside of websites (e.g. account-based marketing, paid search, online display, email, paid social media, in-product messaging, etc.).
Ability to generate data-driven insights from tools such as Google Analytics.
Experience with SEO-led and content marketing-led marketing activities preferred.
Ability to champion change or new ideas, using data and insights about the customer and the business.
Ability to learn, problem-solve and stay calm under pressure.
Experience working with Mailchimp, Canva, Social media, Social media systems, Google AdWords, Google Analytics is an advantage.
Experience working with Online Communities/ Networks is an advantage.
Experience with online learning, preferably in healthcare is an advantage.
