In this role, you will leverage data to provide actionable insights that inform marketing campaigns, enhancing customer engagement and driving retention. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively.
The role is hybrid, requiring three days per week in the office. It is Madrid-based, with our company headquartered in the heart of the city.
Main challengesBecome the subject matter expert on our B2C data and its insights, taking our B2C raw data and converting it into actionable insights regarding user segments and lifecycle behavior patterns that help us identify how to drive consumption and activation in an optimized fashion.
Work hand in hand with B2C and Product teams, communicating findings and recommendations on how to impact each segment with actionable campaigns and product developments to boost user consumption and activation.
Establish a predictive model to forecast how a specific group of users will behave over time, and set the action plan to boost that performance.
Monitor and report on cohort and segment performance, in terms of behavior and engagement, providing insights to inform marketing strategies.
Conduct competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in our retention strategies.You areOutstanding in data analysis: expert in SQL, Python or R programming and Excel, excellent in handling data warehouses and data visualization tools, as well as statistical methodologies (A/B testing, regression analysis, etc.).
Off-the-charts analytical thinker: off-the-charts ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.
An excellent problem solver: you love tackling complex problems, assess them from multiple angles in a structured manner and get to the best outcome.
Knowledgeable in B2C activation and engagement strategies that drive user consumption.
Proficient in conveying findings and recommendations clearly and effectively.
Risk taker and flexible to adjust strategies based on changing market conditions or insights.

A great team player, able to work hand in hand with marketing B2C, Product, CEO, Chief of staff, etc., understanding how to contribute the most with each of those functions.You haveBachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in marketing analytics (ideally B2C), user experience, or a related field.
Proficiency in handling complex databases and data warehouses (e.g., Clickhouse or equivalent), Data Analysis Tools such as SQL and Excel, among others and data visualization software (e.g., Metabase, Power BI).
