Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible for all development, test and maintenance needed along Always on Marketing (Ao M) program implementation using Pega: an advanced campaign management tool to run "customer centric" decision strategies on automated and determine the next best action based on the customer´s real-time context and personalized needs. The candidate will be working in an Agile squad with other technical and business colleagues, his/her responsibilities will be:
- Defines scope, plans, and deliverables for assigned projects. Collects, identifies, defines, and organizes detailed user and information technology requirements.
- Coordinates and collaborates with others in analyzing collected requirements to ensure plans and identified solutions meet customer needs and expectations.
- Participates in business and technical information technology solution implementations, upgrades, enhancement, and conversions. Understands and uses appropriate tools to analyze, identify, and resolve business and or technical problems.
Skills & Competencies:
- Knowledge and proved expertise in Pega Campaign Server or equivalents (Affinium Campaign, Chordiant, salesforce Marketing automation.)
- It is not necessary to be certified but it is necessary to have experience in some implementation of the tool. Pega Certifications will be valued.
- Both technical knowledge of the tool and experience in defining new campaigns will be valued.
- Technical background:
- Relational (Oracle) and non-relational (Cassandra) Databases.
- SQL at developer level.
- ETL tool. Preferably Powercenter.
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience working in Agile projects of at least one year full-time. Preferably two years.
- Computer Science Degree
- Recognised Technology qualifications in Pega Systems (valuable)
- 2-5 years of experience in Pega Platform
- Fluent Spanish so he/she can catch everything in Teams meetings and read documentation fully in Spanish.
- English B2. Preferably C1.
