You Are: As a Marketing Automation Analyst, you will be a specialist in deploying campaigns in a marketing automation system. Acting as an operational contributor, you will own the system execution of marketing campaign plans. You will set-up, build and run workflows on lifecycle and multichannel Marketing automated programs that deliver CX and CRM objectives leveraging and extending the existing Marketing database and capabilities. You will support CX and Marketing Campaign Designers to create highly personalized experience and marketing campaigns, with focus on on-boarding, retaining, reactivating, and converting customers.
The Work:
In marketing automation system, create campaigns to support lead nurture, lead scoring, event promotion, and data management.Perform quality assurance on assets and programs.Provide internal and client-facing documentation.Report on campaign performance, including results of any tests. Here's What You Need:
Degree in Marketing / Information Systems.2+ years of experience in marketing and demand generation.1+ years of experience in Marketing automation platforms with proven experience in CRM tools (Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, Responsys, Hubspot - Adobe qualified certification is a plus). Bonus Points:
Able to learn systems and acquire technical skills quickly.Problem-solving attitude.Organized and detail-oriented.Team player but able to work independently as well.Strong written and verbal communicator.Advanced knowledge of SQL and Query.Good working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.Experience with A/B and multivariate tests.Experience with Reporting and Analytics tools (e.g., Business Object).
