VIPSHOP has now expanded to Southeast Asia, with the aim to connect the world's top brands to Southeast Asia consumers – Brands You Want, Price You Love.Responsibilities: Design eye-catching visuals for social media posts, ads, banners, and other digital assets.Produce and edit short-form videos that highlight our products, promotions, and brand messaging.Write persuasive and engaging copy for social media posts, ads, and promotional materials.Contribute innovative ideas for social media campaigns and marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.Develop original content ideas and execute them across various platforms to maintain a consistent brand voice.Monitor social media trends and performance metrics to optimize content and campaigns for maximum impact.Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure all designs and content align with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.Stay current with the latest social media trends, adapting and generating innovative ideas to fulfill the objectives of various campaigns.Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or relevant field.No experience required (relevant internship experience or minimum 2 years of marketing or social media content creation experience will be a plus).Experience in using design and video editing software (e.G., Adobe Suite, Canva, Capcut, etc.).Self-starter with strong project management skills, able to work independently yet effectively in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.Detail-oriented in order to ensure timeliness and accuracy of all communications.Passion for e-commerce, beauty, fashion, and lifestyle, with a strong understanding of our target audience.Demonstrate a high degree of flexibility and be comfortable navigating ambiguity.Please include a link to your portfolio in your resume.Benefits: Paid Time OffWork From HomeTraining & DevelopmentPerformance Bonus#J-18808-Ljbffr
