Responsibilities The Marketing Assistant supports the Marketing team, managing and coordinating with various departments of the branch office regarding all actions linked to the brand and communications. S/he will be responsible for managing the design of marketing and commercial materials, websites and social media accounts while under the supervision of the Head of Marketing. S/he will also support the business unit in the preparation and design of campaigns and materials related to agreements with brokers and affinities. Key functions include but are not limited to: Developing and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels (including digital, social media, email, etc.) that support the business unit. Proactively managing the branch's website and social media platforms to ensure the achievement of marketing and business objectives. Coordinating the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and promotional content. Helping organize and execute events and promotional activities to enhance brand awareness and engage with potential customers. Assisting in tracking and analyzing the performance of marketing activities and preparing reports for the Marketing team. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in marketing is a plus. Certifications in digital marketing, especially in online business and web design as well as in management of social networks. Knowledge and skills in graphic design programs. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and social media platforms. Proficiency in marketing principles, including market segmentation, target audience analysis, and marketing channels. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Good written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey marketing messages. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Ability to manage time, meet deadlines and establish priorities. Fluent in spoken and written English.
