Marketing Assistant

For one of our main customers we are looking for a Marketing Assistant/Planning to support the EMEA marketing team of CSO device & creativity across functions.

Type of contract: Indefinite
Hours: 08:00 - 17: 00h / Flexibility (40 hours)
Location: Remote
Start Date: Immediate
Salary range : 45K - 50K
Responsibilities:
Orchestrate marketing ROB (readiness, MBR,insights calls…): x-EMEA topics prioritization, inputs consolidation & storytelling proposal.
How to ensure relevant/consistent inputs on POCA & execution excellence tools, then framing how to use them to drive decisions (and investments).
How do we look at investments across marketing?
Info collection in a common framework across territories.
Rhythm of investment review with finance.
How to prioritize opex and MDF spend (WW tools).
Effective marketing all hands planning.
Planning development opportunities: need of marketing council?
BP sharing/SME projects visibility.
Cross objectives with gaming.
Skills:
Be already pretty experience and independent, capable and willing to take the lead of project by his/her own.
Fluid English (written and spoken).
Good planner, precise, organized.
Comfortable with multiple stakeholders remotely.
Committed.
Proactive.
High level capability of using M365 suit, including collaborating through Teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent training preferred.
Min 5 years related experience required.
Languages:
English: minimum C1
