.Allergan Aesthetics is a fast-growing and dynamic franchise within AbbVie. This position is being created to help lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for the Allergan Aesthetic portfolio in the country. Allergan's Aesthetics portfolio includes a botulinum toxin, a range of facial fillers, and a medical device for fat reduction. This portfolio includes prescription-only medicines, as well as medical devices and capital equipment. The Associate Director of Marketing will operate across these different technologies, driving marketing programmes to support brand and customer needs, whilst abiding by the relevant codes of conduct. The Associate Director of Marketing will lead a team of Brand Managers and a cross-functional matrix team to drive strategy, operational excellence, and brand success. This is a senior-level position within the country commercial organization, and the successful individual will take a place on the country Aesthetic Leadership team. The Associate Director of Marketing will also have a very active role liaising with International Strategic Marketing to align on plans and activities. It is intended that the Associate Director of Marketing will drive innovation and improvement in Allergan Aesthetics' digital and consumer marketing capability. The candidate will need strong leadership and communication skills and have significant healthcare marketing experience. KEY/ACCOUNTABILITIES Financials Participate in the setting of annual sales targets and forecasts for established and new products. Routinely utilize market data to appraise brand performance and take action as appropriate. Manage promotional budget to ensure that activities are conducted as per the brand plan. Development of Brand Strategy and Tactical Deployment Lead the development of robust strategic plans for brands within the franchise. Lead the development of annual cross-functional and operational brand plans. Align full multichannel strategy (sales team, other channels) to strategic plan. Create campaign assets for rollout to teams (e.G., Digital Sales Aids, Briefing Documents, Training Guides). Develop digital marketing programmes for the portfolio (in line with GDPR and HCP compliance frameworks). Develop consumer campaigns for relevant parts of the portfolio. Manage creative and medical communication agencies. Prepare and launch new products and categories. Ensure clear cascade of strategy and plans throughout the organization with specific emphasis on sales teams. Inspire and Lead a Team Lead, manage, and develop the marketing team to optimize their contribution to the business and enhance their work experience.
