Responsibilities: Manage the launch of new products from planning to execution, ensuring that all phases of the project are completed on time and within scope. Present marketing proposals and launch strategies to clients, adapting them to their needs and expectations. Coordinate and lead the multidisciplinary team involved in new launches, ensuring efficient collaboration among all departments involved. Maintain constant and effective communication with clients, acting as the main point of contact to address inquiries and manage their expectations. Monitor and analyze post-launch results, identifying opportunities for improvement in future projects. Participate in meetings with international clients, presenting ideas and negotiating agreements. What type of profile are we looking for? Proven experience in account management and marketing projects, preferably in product launches. Advanced level of English (C1 or higher) , with the ability to conduct meetings and presentations fluently in this language. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in Spanish and English. Ability to work in a team and lead multidisciplinary groups. Results-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Advanced knowledge of project management and digital marketing tools.
