Join us!What you'll doManage and own data-driven market operations projects and topics.Conduct market research, analysis, reports, and deliver other ad hoc tasks assigned.Coordinate with various departments, prepare data from different sources, and create presentations for business review meetings.Proactively manage calendars and coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare meeting material, set agendas, document meetings, and follow-through on action plans.Support the team with market operations intelligence by writing SQL queries to answer business questions.What we're looking forMinimum of 2 years of relevant project management, executive assistant, or data analyst experience.Passion for driving progress towards meeting our ambitious sustainability goals.Outstanding communication and analytical skills.Strong skill set in SQL, Metabase, Tableau, other reporting/BI tools.
SFDC experience would be considered an advantage.Track record of being able to extract information from unstructured data and draw meaningful conclusions.Experience collaborating cross-functionally, ability to get things done in a fast-paced, exciting environment.Ability to work within a schedule-driven environment.
Timing and a sense of urgency is a critical function of this role.Experience working with shifting priorities and moving deadlines.Superb attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.Extremely high level of discretion pertaining to confidential information.Proficiency in the Google Business Suite as well as MS Excel, with a willingness to learn ever-changing technologies.Superpedestrian actively encourages applicants of all backgrounds.
