Experienced Marine Insurance Broker with an established book of business and you'd like to increase your financial earnings?
Would you like to represent a Broker who has a strong reputation in the market and unique binders/facilities with Lloyd's Underwriters (Small Commercial Craft, Marine Trades, Marine War, and Yachts)?
A family-run, specialty Marine Insurance Broker with offices across Continental Europe is looking to expand their team, with an opportunity available based in Spain (Remote).
The Company:
Your new business specializes within the brown and blue water insurance market and has specific expertise writing H&M, P&I, Marine War, and Yacht/Small Commercial Craft Insurance.
They hold strong relationships with Underwriters across Europe, including facilities within Lloyd's/London market.
You will be part of a family-run business, with the opportunity to bring ideas and have a voice within the company. You will become an important part of a collaborative team, making a positive impact on the growth of the company.
The Role / Offer:
Joining as a Marine Insurance Broker/Producer, you will develop relationships with new prospects across your chosen market.
You will have the opportunity to network with local Insurance Brokers/agency as well as directly with clients, generating referrals from existing clients.
You will collaborate with the wider team who will support you with administration tasks to ensure clients are serviced correctly year on year.
You will be offered an attractive base salary + commission structure (up to 2.5% of new business premium written).
Your Background:
To be considered, you'll be an experienced, well-connected Marine Insurance Broker with a history of developing new business.
You will have had exposure to Yacht, Hull & Machinery, P&I, or Commercial Craft Insurance and enjoy working in a close-knit team.
