The open position is based in Getafe. The owner will be integrated with the HTP team and the central maintenance team, and will be responsible for one of the HTPs production lines.The Maintenance Engineer coordinates the maintenance tasks according to the annual budget, related maintenance plans, and unplanned maintenance tasks. Furthermore, the Maintenance Engineer contributes to ensuring the required plant availability/plant performance KPI, based on the company's or department's technical objectives of availability and quality.Jobholder's Activities: In the frame of major projects of acquisition of new assets, the Maintenance Engineer brings the maintenance requirements and expertise along the acquisition projects to optimize the maintainability of the new asset when entering the production phase.Ensures the Maintenance Department receives all the definitive documentation needed to optimize the performance of maintenance activities on this new asset.Analysis of failures and common faults that occur and how to take action to prevent them from reoccurring through PPS methodology.Ensure the required technical plant availability in the respective field of activity.The Candidate We Are Looking For: At least 5 years of working experience in a related field such as Maintenance.Academic background: Engineering degree or other technical degrees, with special focus on IT skills.Willingness and commitment to travel.Experience in the composites field is highly appreciated but not mandatory.Negotiation level in English and Spanish.Autonomy, eagerness to learn, and negotiation skills.Ability to manage conflicts in a constructive manner.Good stakeholder management; enjoys working beyond functions and silos.Able to anticipate, assess, and mitigate risks.Ability to perform and deal with uncertainty, constructing and managing diverse scenarios.What We Offer: Integrating a dynamic team with a blend of complementary experiences and professional backgrounds.
