Given that the continuous evolution of the T&C perimeter platforms is our responsibility, we drive transformation actions through the standardization and homogenization of the processes executed within them and work daily on the governance and prioritization of the function's needs through direct advice to service lines, disciplines, and other stakeholders.We place continuous improvement of our platforms at the center of our activity, as well as strict compliance with security requirements, control frameworks, etc., so that they become a key piece on which the transformation of processes pivots.About the job:The selected person will assume the following responsibilities:Drive the improvement and adoption of Workday, as well as the optimization of corporate platforms considering the T&C strategy.Identify, analyze, and evaluate new Workday releases for adoption at BBVA.Support the management and monitoring of the Global Support Tower's activity for Workday in T&C.Coordinate communication with countries and T&C teams to gather requirements, conduct tests, and implement improvements in Workday.Manage security in Workday, collaborating on internal controls and periodic audits.Mandatory knowledge/skills:Knowledge and experience in Workday implementations/support teams, especially in the HCM and Recruiting modules.Coordination of multidisciplinary teams.Proactivity in daily work.Organizational skills, backlog tracking, and planning.Teamwork.English level B2.Desirable requirements:Certifications in Workday.Skills:Workday, Workday HCM, Workday Recruiting.
