Manager/Site Lead

Amentum is hiring a Manager/Site Lead in Rota, Spain.
The ideal candidate will have 10 years of current or previous experience in controlling daily aircraft maintenance in support of squadron operations on MH-R/S helicopters.
Experience managing a multidiscipline workforce is required to perform major aircraft inspections/repairs, organizational maintenance, aircrew flight operations, and training.
The candidate will perform as a Site Manager/Supervisor/Lead, providing all management and administrative functions necessary for the safe, efficient, and effective operation of the site.
Minimum Qualifications: 10 years of current or previous experience performing complex helicopter mechanical work.
Minimum High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, schematics, etc.
Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
May include collateral duties as defined on COMNAVAIRFOR 4790.2 series Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP).
Must be able to obtain/maintain United States Secret Security Clearance.
