The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our Salesforce CRM system, ensuring its optimal use to drive sales initiatives. This role involves managing a team of CRM specialists and collaborating with various departments to align our CRM strategy with business goals in a fast-paced environment.
What you bringStrong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and its various components (Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.)Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Platform App Builder Certification required; Business Analyst, Platform Developer I Certification is nice to have.Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Proven experience in a leadership role, managing a team of CRM professionals.Solid Business understanding with an ability to translate business needs into a set of workable, specific requirementsProven ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with multiple priorities that requires strong project management and decision-making capabilities. We use geo ranges to consider geographic pay differentials as part of our global compensation strategy to remain competitive in various markets while we hiring globally.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $51,700 USD to $116,350 USD. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
