Descripción de la compañía: Descripción del puesto: PUMA is seeking an experienced Manager Paid Social & Mobile App to join our team. The Manager Paid Social & Mobile App Global E-commerce will be responsible for planning and executing paid social performance marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth for PUMA across various markets. The position will be based in PUMA's Barcelona office.
Manage the day-to-day activity of Facebook and mobile app campaigns.Own forecasting, spend pacing, and budget management for paid social.Optimize media budgets and strategy across paid social partners to hit KPIs and grow the business.Develop and execute testing strategies (A/B testing, landing page testing, etc.) to improve conversion rates and overall campaign performance.Analyze campaign data, identify trends and insights, and develop actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.Create and manage regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations.Work cross-functionally with other teams (regional ecommerce, brand marketing, and global DTC, etc.) to develop integrated marketing strategies that drive business growth.Monitor industry trends and identify new opportunities to drive revenue growth through paid social advertising.Perfil: 3 to 5 years of hands-on-keyboard experience managing Facebook campaigns (agency or e-commerce preferred).Experience and understanding of paid media tracking across web and app.Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Excel, etc.).Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills.Self-starter with a proactive mindset, capable of seeking out and building the necessary relationships throughout the league to achieve success.Fluency in English required.
