Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Tech, BI, Legal, Finance, Buying, Content Creation, and Logistics to identify and prioritize improvements.Enhancing Partner Experience : Collaborate with internal teams to define additional services that enhance the overall partner experience on the marketplace.KPI Management and Reporting : Manage and monitor business and operational KPIs. Develop reporting routines and dashboards to provide insights to internal and external stakeholders.Present findings and insights effectively to drive informed decision-making.Contractual Support : Assist brand partners with any questions or inquiries related to the contractual aspects of their engagement with the marketplace.Strategic Planning : Participate in strategic planning sessions to align operational initiatives with the overall marketplace strategy.Contribute insights and recommendations to support the development of long-term goals and objectives.Continuous Platform Improvements : Actively contribute to the ongoing enhancements and upgrades of the marketplace platform.Identify areas for continuous improvement and collaborate with relevant teams to implement changes.Your QualificationAt least 5 years of relevant work experience in selling on and / or building and / or operating e-commerce marketplaces
