This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the company's operational capabilities among providers and clients.Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and providers, serving as their primary point of contact for all operational matters.Operational Oversight: Monitor and manage all aspects of client and provider accounts.Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that arise in the operational processes, working closely with internal teams to find effective solutions.Performance Analysis: Analyze key metrics and performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of operational processes and identify areas for improvement.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and logistics to ensure alignment on client needs and deliver seamless service.Contract Management: Oversee contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring that all terms and conditions are met and that client expectations are exceeded.Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations for clients, providing insights into operational performance and highlighting areas of success and opportunity.Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in operational management, seeking opportunities to enhance processes and drive efficiencies.Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support, and proactively addressing any concerns or feedback.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.Fluent English written and spoken.Proven experience in account management or operational roles, preferably in a B2B environment.Experiencie in operations departments.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving results and exceeding targets.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.What we offerPermanent contract.Salary: 30k g/aFlexibility and conciliation (flexible remote and/or office work)Highly talented & international teamPayComet S.L.U guarantees that both the selection processes and the people involved in the matters (both recruiters and project managers) will not discriminate against the candidacy due to age, disability, ethnicity, marital status, gender, nationality, political ideology, race, religion or sexual orientation.#J-18808-Ljbffr
