This is an exciting opportunity to work on a first-to-market product aimed at the brand new space of developer visibility tools. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.What You'll Do:Lead and develop a talented team of backend and frontend engineers, who are responsible for building the product's web interface (in React) and private and public APIs (in Python/Go).Work closely with product management and design teams to create intuitive, powerful and beautiful user workflows that best leverage the vast amount of information available in the product.Collaborate with other backend and SDK teams to design and deliver end-to-end features that require coordination between data collection, processing and visualization.Contribute to the broader frontend community in the organization by leading cross-product and cross-team initiatives.Help develop and grow the team, supporting them in their career development.Who You Are:You have built beautiful, snappy, data-heavy user interfaces powered by fast, scalable and developer-friendly backend APIs.You have partnered closely with product management and design teams in the past to set the vision and strategy for your projects.You have experience leading hybrid teams, delegating effectively and maintaining a high level of technical and operational excellence.You have a track record of motivating teams by setting clear and ambitious goals, and providing the support and coaching required to achieve them.Experienced in working and communicating effectively in a fast-paced, high growth, distributed organization.Datadog values people from all walks of life.
