You will have overall responsibility for the quality and timeliness of project deliveries, resource management, technical support for team members, and communication of the progress to the Senior Leadership Team.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct work sessions with our customers to identify opportunities on how they could capture business value using Generative AI and AI in their business processes.Help align our customer's technologists and business leads to explore the art of the possible with Generative AI and AI, and to develop a roadmap to deliver business value in the most effective way.Guide our customers on a holistic approach to Generative AI, from technology platforms to operating models and business value tracking.Drive complex sales opportunities from ideation, through vision building and scoping, all the way to closure and into delivery.Skills and ExperienceAs a Manager in Accenture, you have +5 years of experience in AI-related technologies (Traditional and Generative AI) and:Experience leading teams and client-facing activities.Exceptional presentation skills – ability to convey technology and business value propositions.Role model and a coach for the next generation of Accenture Analysts and Consultants.Constantly learn and bring new technologies and innovative solutions to our clients.Demonstrate a high degree of ownership, accountability for your output, and commitment to the task.Technical SkillsYou have:Thorough knowledge and experience in Generative AI, including relevant use cases in business processes.GenAI Architecture and technical capabilities: Prompt engineering, model tuning strategies (RAG/embeddings, fine-tuning, etc.
), backend (agents, orchestration, persistence, etc.
