We are looking for a Project Manager (PMO) with experience in the technology sector to lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic projects in the digital field.
The ideal candidate will coordinate multidisciplinary teams both internally and with the client, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budget, and quality standards of deliverables with a thorough understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
Additionally, they will be the key point of contact with client stakeholders, managing expectations, risks, and facilitating smooth communication for decision-making.
Your key responsibilities Implement and promote best practices in technology project management within the client's environment, optimizing resources and ensuring alignment with the client's strategic objectives.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting the project status, KPIs, risks, and opportunities.
Have a solid understanding of the technologies relevant to ongoing projects, including programming languages, software architectures, and agile methodologies.
Plan and execute projects that include the implementation of cloud solutions, system migrations, custom software development, and integration of technological platforms.
Work in collaboration with development, infrastructure, and support teams, ensuring that all members are aligned with the project objectives.
Manage the relationship with key stakeholders, including the client's senior management, maintaining clear and effective communication.
Identify, manage, and mitigate risks that may affect project development, proposing timely solutions.
Ensure compliance with milestones and deliverables by implementing best practices.
Facilitate strategic decision-making through clear analysis and recommendations based on project progress.
Implement and promote the use of agile and traditional methodologies (Scrum, PMI) according to the client's needs.
Deliver presentations on project status to client management, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Transform information into key insights for strategic decision-making by leaders and key stakeholders in the technological field and present it in the appropriate format
