As a result of recent growth, we are looking to hire a highly motivated person with excellent education and marketing skills to act as school manager.
The position is based in Madrid.
The role will include the following areas of responsibility:
Provide direction and manage school employees in the performance of their tasks;Monitor the quality of the school's academic offering;Oversee staff recruitment and management;Lead various marketing initiatives;Manage the development of the school's activities;Support the school's relationship with local authorities and industry bodies;Maintain the school's relationships with local service providers;Develop management and other reports as may be required.We are looking for someone with the following skills (which can be demonstrated by appropriate references) and qualifications:
Degree or Masters in education/business or marketing;Minimum of 3 years' proven success in a senior management role in the adult education sector, with particular weight given to experience in the language school sector;Marketing (especially digital marketing) experience is highly advantageous;Experience of the Erasmus market is highly desirable;Spanish and English fluency to a native level are essential, with the ability to work professionally in German/French/Italian or other suitable third language also a plus.We are looking for someone with flexibility as to working hours, general availability, and a can-do attitude.
A competitive salary with an indeterminate contract will be available to the right candidate.
